Psalm 10 Homework for Suffering
Bringing Suffering Before God through Psalm 10 is a guided reflection and homework resource for those walking through hurt, betrayal, abuse, or other forms of suffering. Rather than rushing toward resolution or minimizing what has happened, this resource walks slowly through Psalm 10, helping the reader bring honest questions, painful experiences, and the desire for justice before God.
Through eight guided sections, the reader is invited to name what happened, recognize patterns of harm, consider the impact of suffering, ask God to act, seek appropriate protection and support, and rest in the truth that God sees, hears, strengthens, and ultimately reigns over evil.
This resource is designed for personal reflection or as counseling homework and can be used alongside a counselor, pastor, or trusted Christian friend.
The Courage to Be Disliked
In this course, we will thoughtfully consider some of the world’s answers — and then go deeper. We will ask: What does God say about identity? About freedom? About responsibility? About courage? And how does justification by faith reshape everything?
Each session takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete independently. You may find yourself lingering longer in prayer, journaling, or reflection — and that is encouraged. Growth is not rushed. It unfolds as the Spirit works through the Word.
Anxiety Tool Kit
When anxiety strikes, our first instinct is to escape - to avoid the very thing that scares us. While avoidance brings temporary relief, it actually strengthens anxiety over time, creating a cycle that's hard to break. Understanding this cycle is the first step toward freedom. God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
